The time has come to join me for my 30th birthday at one of the most cosmopolitan cities in the world. S-Kape and experience a sun-soaked modern metropolis that's home to nearly 200 nationalities, the world's tallest building, magnificent cityscapes, and beautiful desert!
Trip Itinerary:
Tuesday, May 3rd: On this evening, we will depart from the United States to Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Wednesday, May 4th: Welcome to Dubai! On arrival, please clear customs, immigration and claim your baggage.
Proceed to the arrivals hall and look for our local representative who will be waiting for you with a sign that says: “Demoya’s 30th Birthday”. Once everyone in your group is accounted for, you will be escorted to your vehicle and transferred to the hotel.
Check into the hotel, unpack and rest.

Thursday, May 5th: After breakfast at the hotel, at 9:00 am, we will meet our guide for half day Old Dubai City Tour. We will experience the old town Dubai and city of gold. Our tour starts with a drive to Creekside to witness the beautiful skyline of Dubai and a walking tour in the Bastakiah area. Step back in time and enjoy the atmosphere of Bastakiah, one of the oldest traditional Emirati neighborhoods set in Bur Dubai.
Next stop is at the entrance of Dubai Museum, which depicts the traditional and developmental history of Dubai. After the museum, the group will transfer to the Abra station (water taxi) to transfer to the Spice souk. Walking further, the group will discover a great selection of authentic spices, incense and traditional perfumes. The big entrance of the gold souk welcomes you to see for yourself why Dubai is called the City of Gold. At 1:30 pm, we will head back to the hotel and have the rest of the day at leisure.

This evening, we can have dinner and explore Bla Bla Dubai (own expense)!
Friday, May 6th: After breakfast at the hotel, enjoy the morning at leisure. At 12:30 pm, we will board our 4x4 land cruiser (6 max per jeep) and head out for a fun-filled Day in the Desert. Your first stop will be for a photoshoot session with your private photographer for 2 hours. Next, you will experience 30 minutes of ATV riding.
At the entrance of the desert your driver will deflate the wheels of the 4X4 and then the fun starts! Dune bashing has become known as a fun experience – you will feel the thrill of desert driving as your professional driver takes you up and down on golden dunes.
We will then drive to the Bedouin Camp, be greeted with a traditional cup of Arabic coffee and have the opportunity to try riding a camel before it is time to settle down for our barbeque dinner (included). Later this evening, we will enjoy the Tanura dance and an enchanting belly dancer. At 8:30 pm, we will head back to the hotel for a night at leisure.
Saturday, May 7th: After breakfast at the hotel, at 9:00 am, we will meet our guide to discover the modernism of Dubai (New Dubai City Tour). We will visit the picturesque iconic structures of Dubai. We will pass by the Jumeirah Mosque and then stop for a photo opportunity along the Jumeirah Coastline with a stunning view of Burj Al Arab. Then we will visit the Madinat Souk. This souk combines traditional Middle Eastern shopping culture of stands, barrows and stalls with a mix of boutique brands, souvenir gift shops, luxury fashion and jewelry.
Our tour will continue to visit one of new Dubai’s most prestigious areas; the Dubai Marina with its high-class boutiques, restaurants and many skyscrapers. We will then drive on the largest man-made islands "The Palm Jumeirah" where we will have a photo stop of the luxurious Atlantis the Palm Hotel. Next, we will head to Dubai Mall and visit the the top of the world's tallest building. The Burj Khalifa! At 4:00 pm, we will head back to the hotel to enjoy the evening at leisure.

This evening, we will have dinner then turn up at Seven Sisters (own expense).
Sunday, May 8th: After breakfast at the hotel, at 12:30 pm, we will head to the Dubai Marina for a Sunday Funday Yacht Party (bring your swim wear). Cruise along the spectacular Dubai coastline and out into the Arabian Gulf. As you reach the outer crescent of the Palm Jumeirah Island, the 8th Wonder of the World, you will see the spectacular view of "The Atlantis." On the other side of the Palm Jumeirah, you will get to see the beautiful view of the world famous and iconic "Burj Al Arab" hotel. Buffet lunch is included. Be sure to BYOB!
This evening, we will have Dinner in the Sky (OPTIONAL - own expense).
Monday, May 9th: Today after breakfast, at 7:45 am we will go to Abu Dhabi and visit the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. One of the largest mosques in the world! Be sure to dress appropriately in conservative and loose fitting clothing. Men are not allowed to wear shorts. Women must wear long sleeved shirts, long pants or a long skirt. Shoes will be removed before entering the mosque. At 1:00 pm, we will return to the hotel.
Upon arrival back to the hotel, the nurse will come to our hotel to Covid testing samples. Results will be available before departure. Tests are $42 per person and is payable directly to the nurse.
After testing, we will change and head to Cove Beach Club (own expense) to relax.
At 8:00 pm, we will head to The Boardwalk Restaurant for a farewell dinner (own expense). Boardwalk's unique creek-side setting makes it the perfect place for relaxing with friends. After dinner, we will head back to the hotel.
Tuesday, May 10th: Today after breakfast, we will check out of your hotel and transfer to the airport for your flight back to the U.S. Goodbye Dubai!
